Green Economy Financing Facility Tajikistan II (GEFF – Tajikistan II) is a framework operation of USD 50 million under which credit lines will be provided by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to eligible participating financial institutions for on-lending to private sector borrowers from agricultural, residential and commercial sectors for green technology investments.

GEFF – Tajikistan II includes a comprehensive technical assistance package where a team of local and international experts provide support to help prospective borrowers identify and develop sustainable resource projects and prepare successful loan applications under GEFF – Tajikistan II.  The team of experts also train loan officers at participating financial institutions in the assessment of green technology investments.
